He is survived by: his children, Janice M. Bonicelli (Joe) of Pinson, TN and Steven P. Watkins (Julie) of Gulfport, MS; his stepson Marcus Phelps (Wendy) of Pass Christian, MS.; his grandchildren, D. J. Wilkerson of Oxford, MS, Catherine Congiardo (Nick) of Jackson, TN, Matthew Watkins and Anna Watkins of Memphis, TN; his stepgrandchildren, Caleb, Palmer and Jackson Phelps of Pass Christian, MS; his great grandchild Kade Congiardo of Jackson, TN; his brothers, Roy Watkins (Shaunda) and Troy Watkins (Bobbie); his sister-in-law Diane Watkins; and his friends, Robert and Vicki Murphy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
