He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lee Phillips and Mary Pearl Phillips; his daughter Cynthia Lea Phillips; and his sister Mary Lee Lynch. He is survived by: his wife Lois M. Phillips; his sons, Willie Scott Phillips, Jr., Keith Phillips and Jeff Phillips; and his siblings, Ron Phillips and Juanita Coleman. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
