He is survived by: his sons, Rodney Sims of Bay Springs, Anthony McKenzie Sims of Louin and Jeffery Sims (Cara) of Bay Springs; his grandchildren, Dr. Haven Bynum (Derek) of Canton, Ryan Sims of Bay Springs, Peyton Asher Sims of Laurel and Cole Sims of Bay Springs; and his great grandchild Baylor Bynum of Canton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
