He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Melton Wilson; his daughter Cynthia Ann Robertson (Justin) of Dekalb, MS; his stepchildren, Kristy Brewer (Billy) of Leesville, LA, Sean Swindle (Candy) of Columbus, MS, Marshall Swindle (Kristen) of Louisville and Jason Cummins (Glynda) of Vicksburg, MS; his siblings, Jo Woodward (Oti Galban), Robert Bennett Wilson (Rita) of Louisville, Billy Ray Wilson (late Connie) of Gulfport, MS, James Woodrow Wilson (Marie) of Louisville and Ricky Dean Wilson (Jerry) of Louisville, MS; his grandsons, Clint Quinn (Brianna) and Dillon Quinn; his stepgrandchildren, Chelsea Thomason, Josey Tatum Wright (Nick), Haley Cummins, Khloe Brewer and Karley Brewer; his great grandchildren, Scarlett Quinn and Remi Quinn; and his stepgreat-grandchild Haidyn Lynn.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the South Louisville Baptist Church (612 S Church Ave, Louisville, MS 39339). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
