He is survived by: his wife Lois Taylor Bouchillon of Louisville; his children, Ann Carter of Hopkinsville, KY and Craig Bouchillon of Pensacola, FL; and his siblings, Louise Stewart (Junior) of Louisville, Lois Goodin, Dedra Burt (Jeff) and Lawrence Bouchillon (Gerrie).
