He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Hill and Rita Smith Hill; and his wife Tammy Cobb Hill. He is survived by: his children, Marcelle Deal (Allen Deal) of Chapin, SC, Genevieve and Christopher Hill; his siblings, Pamela Jane Hill of Traverse City, MI and Kenneth Miles Hill (Sonia Lahmer) of Wilmington, DE; his grandchild Ryan Penny of West Columbia, SC; his sister Adrienne Burrus (Ward); his nephew Alan Harper of Chicago, IL; and his great grandchild Bailyn Grace Burrus.
