He was predeceased by: his former wife Judy Fulcher; his son Scott Fulcher; his grandsons, Maddox Miles and Corey McPherson; his parents, Jack Fulcher and Ruth Fulcher; and his sister Linda Whitehead.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Nowell Fulcher; his children, Julie Fancher (Slade) of Louisville, Emily Miles of Louisville, Jennifer Fulcher of Louisville, Brandi Randle (Richard) of Louisville, Tracie Starnes (Paul) of Louisville and Marty McPherson (Leigh) of Vardaman, Mississippi.; his grandchildren, Emma Rae Dempsey (Noah), Max Fulcher, Ainsley Fancher, Edie Miles, Jake Carter (Katie), LeAnna Carter, Drew McPherson (McKenzie), Austin McPherson, Cooper Randle and Madi Ann Randle; his great grandchild Corbin McPherson; and his sister Jackie Foreman (Don). He is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews, other family members, and a host of friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Murphy Creek Baptist Church (5420 Bond Rd, Louisville, MS 39339). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at the Murphy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery (5379 Bond Rd, Louisville, MS 39339).
