He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Pearson and Mary Bane Pearson; his wife Gale Metts Pearson; and his son-in-law Buster McAdory. He is survived by: his children, Brenda McAdory of Louisville and Jay Pearson (Patti) of Oxford, Mississippi; his stepson Petey Smith (Sally) of Columbia, Louisiana.; his grandchildren, Brad McAdory, Erica Krag (Kyle) and Paxton Pearson; his stepgranddaughters, Mistie Newtson (Brett), Breeze Smith Wu and Angel Wilson (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Nathan McAdory, Victoria McAdory Hassell, Cole Krag, Carter Grace Krag, Reid Krag, Beckham Pearson and Blakely Pearson.
