He is survived by: his children, Melissa Dean, Melinda Salazar, Ellen Rich Martinez (Camilo), Jacob "Little Jake" Rich and Leann Gonzalez; his grandchildren, Jacob Dean, Jack Dean, Bronson Salazar, Miguel Salazar, Nick Cumberland, Seth Cumberland, Eva Rich, Cristofer Martinez, Isabella Martinez, Jacob Zach Rich, Samantha Doster, Charity Doster, Michael Garcia, Dylan Suarez, Marisol Gonzalez and Payton Gonzalez; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Cody Rich and Maya Doster. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends.
