He was predeceased by: his parents, Dossie Johns and Vera Mae Johns; and his brother Bob Johns. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Johns of Louisville, MS; his daughter Kim Hammond (Brian) of Mount Juliet, Tennessee; his grandsons, Parker Hammond and Carson Hammond; and his siblings, Dell Gillett and Doyce Johns. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews as well as wonderful cousins and friends.
