He was predeceased by: his parents, Spinks Hancock and Myrtis Fulton Hancock; his wife Theresa Hancock; and his siblings, Martha Stone, Mary June Roberts and James Hancock.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Ann Fairbanks (Kim) of Waldorf, MD, Jeffrey Joe Hancock of Louisville and Glen Allen Hancock of Louisville; his grandchildren, Jacob Hancock (Hannah) and Corey Hancock (Megan); and his great grandchildren, Millie and Lillian Hancock.
