He was predeceased by: his parents, T. P. Sullivan, Jr. and Sylvia Hatcher Sullivan. He is survived by: his son John Eldridge "Jes" Sullivan, II; his siblings, Amy Rosamond, Mark Sullivan (Karen) and Jeff Sullivan (Amanda); and his nieces and nephews, Chasady Oswalt, Morgan Pace and Channing Parkes.
