He is survived by: his sons, Louis Oliver "Oli" Letteri and Silas Edwin Cosimo "Silas" Letteri; his stepfather Gene Holbrook of Madison, MS; his sister Meagan Boykin (Gunnar) of Conway, AR; his siblings' children, Julie Scott, Max, Shea and Libby; his brother Nathan Letteri; his grandparents, Elizabeth Farish, Dan and Melva Letteri; and his uncle John Letteri.

Memorials may be made to Pleasant Hill Methodist Church, 4156 Renshaw Road, Yazoo City, MS; or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
