It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky Vowell (Louisville, Mississippi), who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Leroy Vowell and Mary Lou Vowell; and his granddaughter Kristi Johnson. He is survived by : his wife Mary Vowell; his children, Mary Anne Johnson (Berry) and Ronnie "Buzzy" Johns of Louisville; his grandchildren, Leighanne King (Doug), Shey Tate, Casey Johnson (Midori), Michael Johns and Barley Johns; his great grandchildren, Bryce King, Bentley King, Talan King, Brodie Tate, Luca Johnson and Noah Johnson; and his brother Barry Vowell (Belinda). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
