She is survived by: her children, Susan Bane of Pensacola Beach, Florida, Joe Johnson (Tanya) of Louisville and John Bane of Louisville; her grandchildren, Wil Bane, Jarrett Bane, Sarah Trosper and Morgan Trosper; her sister Kathy Holdiness; her sisters-in-law, Betty McMillan and Kathy Johnson; and her caregivers, Melissa, Bethany, Dr. Falan McKnight and Samantha Brown. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
