We are sad to announce that, on April 18, 2026, at the age of 61, Vickie LaJuan Mitchell-Hampton of Louisville, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Vickie is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie B McQuiller-Mitchell and Barbara McQuiller-Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband Clifford James Hampton; her stepdaughter Asia Childress McFarland (Andrew); and her siblings, Andre McQuiller, Tracey Demar Mitchell, Sharon Hatcher and Rennita Lynn Mitchell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws.
