He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Jefferson Fulton and Maggie Mae Cooper-Fulton; and his siblings, Charles Alton Fulton and Martha Nell Fulton-Eldridge (Leonard). He is survived by: his wife Wilma Woodruff Fulton; his children, William "Buddy" Fulton (Robin), Patty Teske (Dave) and Tammy Pujol (James); his grandchildren, Blake Fulton (Jana), Anna Spence (Cody), Brittany Fowler, Lauren Weiss (Brock) and Bailey Castillion; and his great grandchildren, Jude Fulton, Lily Jane Spence, Anne Baker Fulton, Collins Beiriger, Cooper Beiriger, Cannon Newman, Eliana Newman, Keller Weiss and Alivia Weiss. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
