He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Veazey and Lois Sellers Veazey; and his sister Barbara Apple. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Pickett Veazey; his daughters, Stacy Sullivan (Dell Estes) of Louisville and Kim Swicegood (Kevin) of Houston, TX; his siblings, Michael Veazey of Brandon, MS and Dianne Fowler of Traverse City, MI; his grandchildren, Jaycob Sullivan (Mamie), Isabella Swicegood and Emma Swicegood; his great grandchildren, Rowdy Mack Sullivan and Ivy Beth Sullivan; and his pet Dak.
