He is survived by: his daughter Amy Cochran (Scott); his grandchildren, Sam Merritt, Jed Merritt (Haley), Rachel Merritt (Tay), Carley Bond (Tyler), Harley Merritt (Rayna), Elijah Merritt, Isaiah Merritt (Mackenzie), Levi Merritt (Winter) and Russell Merritt; and his great grandchildren, Agustus Merritt, Brantley Merritt, Weston Merritt, Madison Bond, Mason Bond, Maevry Bond, Atlee Merritt, Baleigh Fairley and Kylin Thomas. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
