He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Huff (Butch); his stepmother Becky Holder; and his brothers, Wayne Holder and Michael Holder. He is survived by: his wife Shawn Holder; his children, Nathan Hansen, Amber Sulisky, Cheyenne Holder and Dylan Holder; his brothers, Allen Holder and David Holder; his father Jerry Holder; and his siblings-in-law, Monti Mazzucchi and David Hansen (Lanell). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
