She was predeceased by: her parents, Angus Cook and Olive Bloomer Cook. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Crenshaw (Ken), Sonya Senterfitt (David) and Kirk Jones (Dana); her grandchildren, Lee Crenshaw (Dominique), Elizabeth Crenshaw, Gwen Crenshaw, Kayla Sassenrath-Cole (Aaron), Taylor Futch (Grant) and Ivey Jones; her great grandchild Keelan Crenshaw; and her siblings, Russell Cook (Phyllis), Charles Cook (Sharon) and Julia Harper (Carson). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
