It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cammie Cook of Lucedale, Mississippi, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Merlene Box; her grandparents, Lena Mae Eckhoff, Cammie Gibson Box and Rufus Charlie Box; her stepson Jason Ashley Cook; and her brother-in-law Darrell Thomen.

She is survived by: her husband Roger D. Cook; her son Raymond M. Smith; her stepdaughter Kristie Cook West; her father John L. Box; her sisters, Stephanie Thomen and Melinda Braxton (Robbie); and her nephews, John Hamblin (Ashley) and Jacob Braxton. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; numerous other relatives and friends.
