He is survived by: his wife Nancy Davidson Churchwell; his daughter Angie Whittington (Terry); his grandchildren, Devin Whittington (Kammie), Derrick Whittington and Emily Lambert (Cory); and his great grandchildren, Alana Whittington, Luke Whittington and Arleigh Lambert.
Charlie was a proud Mason and Shriner, living out the principles of service, fellowship, and charity throughout his life.
