It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles B. Keel of Lucedale, Mississippi, who passed away on December 21, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Keel and Bessie Keel Sr. (Newsom); his wife Mary Keel; his son Randy Keel; and his sisters, Ann, Ruth, Polly, Lucy, Ruby and Katherine.

He is survived by: his sons, Chris Keel (Kathryn), Monty Keel (Rita) and Danny Keel (Sandy); his grandchildren, Heath Keel, Alicia Keel, Matthew Keel (Morgan), Mason Keel, Adam Brown and Jacob Brown; and his brother Burt Keel. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
