It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Jackson Martin of Lucedale, Mississippi, who passed away on December 28, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Abraham Martin, Sr. and Hattie Catherine Crane Martin; his siblings, Roy Martin, Jr., William T. "Sammy" Martin, Sr., Ernest Martin, Ricky Martin, Lisa Martin Trusler and Elsie Anita Martin; and his siblings-in-law, Velma Martin and Leonard "Peanut" Trusler.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Lynn Larson Martin; his daughters, Sonya C. Martin Olvera (Margarito) and Tonya Martin Olvera; his grandchildren, Dacie West, Abigail Martin Olvera, Geymi Olvera, Emily Olvera, Nicole Martin Woods Buyea, Jose Jr. Olvera, Alex Olvera, Alley Olvera, Edward Olvera, Kingston Amukonyi and Phyllis Amukonyi; his great grandchild Ryan Alverez; and his sisters, Elizabeth Vice (Roy), Delores Conkin (Eddie) and Janet Habeck (Fred). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
