He is survived by: his wife Roxie Rouse; his children, Amy Rouse (John Jones), Joseph (Alexandria Rouse), Alizabeth Rouse (Jessie Davis) and Kurstin Rouse; his grandchildren, Dakota, Devin Hodges, Cheyanna Mills, Jeremy Harrell, Sabra, Jeremy Anderson, Daniel Rouse, Charlie Rouse, Herman Rouse, Jessie Davis, Crimson Rouse, Remington Rouse and Riverlyn Rouse; his great grandchildren, Joseph Hodges, Zanna Hodges, Sayleigh Anderson, I, Cypress Anderson and Jettson Harrell; his siblings, Lenora, Brent Knotts, Erwin and Karla Rouse; and his extended family, Joe and Jeannie Robertson. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
