He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Howell and Maude Howell; and his siblings, Velda Ray Bryant (Elmer), Aubrey Howell (Bonnie), Vernon Howell (Katerine), Glenn Howell (Ann) and Annell Moore (Alton).
He is survived by: his wife Freda Howell; his daughters, Carla Dosett (Tim) and Michelle Howell; and his grandchildren, Courtney Dosett, Tee Dosett (Brittney) and Remy Windham. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Union Missionary Baptist Church (12153 MS-613, Lucedale, MS 39452). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 24th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
