He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Howard and Tribble Keyes Howard; his siblings, Ouida Vern Havard and Rodger Howard; his niece Sheila Cooley; and his granddaughter Shaina Brook Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Howard; his children, Cathy Stigall (Joe) and Keith Howard (Dawn); his great grandchildren, Ally Harrell (Aaron), Kenzie Lummus, Karsen Howard and Braysen Howard; and his great great grandchildren, Lukas Harrell and Mayleigh Harrell. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Abundant Grace United Pentecostal Church (Formerly-Ward United Pentecostal Church) (242 Mill St Ext, Lucedale, MS 39452). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made to Parkinson's Disease Foundation or any cancer research foundation in Everett's honor.
