She is survived by: her children, Janice "Jan" Bufford (Earl) and Michael "Mike" Birmingham (Tammy); her grandchildren, Brandi Bufford, Michael Bufford and Brandon Birmingham (Blair); and her siblings, Carolyn Shackelford and Marlin "Butch" Smith. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
