He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Ragland; his parents, Joseph Edward Ragland and Charlsie Lorene White Ragland; and his brothers, Ronnie Ragland and Danny Ragland.
He is survived by: his children, Dewayne Ragland, Amy Higgins (Bobbie), Harold Denton (Connie), William Hollinghead (Ashley), Renee Alford (Kent) and Keri Ayer; and his brother Mike Ragland (Kelly). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
