We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2025, at the age of 66, Janice Bufford (Lucedale, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Janice farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Janice is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Flora Birmingham and Jimmy Ray Birmingham. She is survived by: her husband Nolen Earl Bufford Jr.; her children, Brandi Bufford and Michael Bufford; and her brother Michael Birmingham (Tammy). She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moments Funeral Home (7158 MS-63, Lucedale, MS 39452). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
