He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Barlow and Barbara Barlow. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Stojcich Barlow; his children, Wallace Lane Barlow and Anna Faye Barlow (Christopher Thomas Lipsey); his brother Joseph Glenn Barlow (Erica); his nephews, Joseph Seth Barlow, Zachary Glenn Barlow and Jalen Everett; and his grandchildren, Ellie Sage Lipsey, Waylon Gene Lipsey and Violet AnnMarie Lipsey. He is also survived by numerous family members, lifelong friends.
For the last five years of his life, Jeff traveled the difficult path of Alzheimer's disease.
