He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Gwinn Finlay and Bernice Dunn Finlay. He is survived by: his wife Susan Finlay; his son John "David" Finlay; his brother Albert Keith Finlay (Donna Finlay); and his niece Danielle Finlay Donisi of Concord. He is also survived by Many cousins, other family and friends.
