He is survived by: his wife Lynn Eubanks; his sons, Steven Eubanks, Jody Eubanks (Sonia) and Fred Eubanks (Jenny); his grandchildren, Stephanie (Joseph), Lindsey (Ronnie), Colin (Autumn), Aidan (Allison), Kailyn, Jocelyn, Walker, Carson, Luke and Alaina; and his sister Annette Parker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, and friends.
