He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Franklin Eubanks and Barbara Yvonne Dickerson Brown; his stepson Jeremy Malone; his siblings, Deborah Gore, Franklin Eubanks and Keith Ray Eubanks; his niece Jennifer McLeod; and his nephew Franklin Eubanks.
He is survived by: his spouse Christopher Walz; his stepson Scotty Anders; his pets, Bella, Bailey and Willow; his siblings, Steve Eubanks (Darlene), Jackie Eubanks (Tammy), Tim Eubanks (Pam), Gwen Fisher (Mike) and Kim Havard (Larry); and his close friend Sherrye Eubanks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
