It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Courtright (Lucedale, Mississippi), who passed away on September 28, 2025, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Ishee and Margaret Ishee; her brother Kevin Wayne; her uncles, Huey Green, Jimmy Green, Davis Ishee and Jim Ishee; her aunt Diane Marie; and her grandparents, Luther, Ida Ishee, James and Lilly Mae McRae.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amber Parker (Royce) and Savannah Davis (Dakota); her grandchildren, Cereniti Hunt and Grayson Pierce; her siblings, Junior Ishee, Leon Ishee, Ellis Lee Ishee, Willie Jay Hodges, David Ishee (Alicia) and Brenda Hall; and her aunt Carolyn Warren (Jimmy Ray). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moments Funeral Home (7158 MS-63, Lucedale, MS 39452). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
