He was predeceased by: his father Hayward Harrell; and his sister Jan Harvey. He is survived by: his mother Faye Harrell (Tanner); his wife Ruby Harrell; his sons, Shane Harrell and Taylor Harrell (Sally); his stepdaughter Amanda Overstreet (Michael); and his sisters, Pam Olson (Billy) and Karen Smith (Larry). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
