He is survived by: his father Charles T. Hilbun Sr.; his wife Janet Hilbun (Harvison); his children, Michael David Hilbun (Felicia), Charles Franklin Hilbun (Erica) and Katheryn Clarice "Krissy" Williamson (Hoyt); his grandchildren, Micah, Bryce, Judah Williamson and Lizzie Hilbun; and his siblings, Joyce Hilbun, Tommy Hilbun and John Hilbun.
