She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Ray Fulton; her parents, Fred Carter and Ida Mae Carter; her grandson Ethan Neal Daugherty; her siblings, Fredna Vice (Michael) and Jean Carter (Charlotte); her grandparents, Marvin and Minnie Mahathy; her siblings-in-law, Shelia Carter, Joy Fulton and Morris Fulton (Glenice); and her nieces, Tara McDonough and Megan Guerra.
She is survived by: her daughters, Alishia Cash (Wade), Natalie Smith (Dean) and La Donna Daugherty (Tim); her grandchildren, Tiffany Aldridge (Ray), Adam Cash (Kimberly), Bethany Cash, Phillip Cash (Bryanna), Caleb Smith (Marley), Josiah Smith (Irma), Rachel Smith, Clarissa Hill (Kent) and Celeste Daugherty; her siblings, Mike Carter, Rodney Carter, Brenda Carter and Rita McDonough (Bill); and her brother-in-law Danny Fulton. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Moments Funeral Home (7158 MS-63, Lucedale, MS 39452). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
