She was predeceased by: her child Carvel Smith; her husband Robert "Bob" Myers; her parents, Raymond Eubanks and Velma Thompson Eubanks; her siblings, June Peaden, Rodney Eubanks, Jerry Eubanks and Linda Eubanks; and her grandchildren, Jessica Mason Smith and Tony Bledsoe.

She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Smith Holloman and Marsha Bledsoe (Bill); her grandchildren, Brad Bledsoe (Amanda), Krissy Dawson (Bryson), Tara Polston (Bryan) and Kaitlyn Bledsoe (Bryant Christian); her great grandchildren, Chandler Bagley, Riley Bagley, Michael Smith, Zach Smith (Katie), Makayla Bledsoe, Trevor Bledsoe, Mady Dawson, Addy Bledsoe, Jaxon Bledsoe, Makenleigh Bledsoe, Braxton Bledsoe, Logan Campbell (Kaia), Kelsey Polston, Tynleigh Polston, Bryson Polston, Krew Polston, Ella Kait Odom, Addy Christian, Amelia Odom and Jaxon Christian; and her great great grandchildren, Blakeleigh Bagley, Brystol Bagley, Newt Bagley and Finley Smith. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in honor of Krew Polston.
