He was predeceased by: his parents, W. G. Dungan and Virginia Dungan; his granddaughter Jaden B. Pierce; his brother Robert Dungan; his parents-in-law, Hoppy and Vernette Colburn; and his brother-in-law Michael "Dee" Colburn.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Dungan; his children, Coley Dungan (April), Jonathan Dungan (Nikki), Patrick Dungan (Melissa), Victoria Fairley and Laken Pierce; and his siblings, William Dungan (Donna), June Mathis (Mike), Francis Dickerson (Woody), Mary Fortenberry and Betty Williams. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
