With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel Herbert Rascoe Jr. of Lucedale, Mississippi, born in Mobile, Alabama, who passed away on May 31, 2021 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Tina Sue Rascoe; and his father Samuel Herbert Rascoe Sr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Hailey Culbreth (Taylor) and Payton Baxter (Ryne); his grandchildren, Taite, Hayden and Brecken Culbreth; his mother Diane Gates (Larry); his parents-in-law, Joe and Sue Mills; his brother-in-law Kevin Mills (Lisa); his nieces, Kirstie Kichler (Rick) and Karlie Mills; and his great-nephew Kolby. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
