He was predeceased by: his former wife Wanda Jean Smith; and his sister Kay. He is survived by: his wife Carol Mott; his son Thomas Howland, Sr.; his grandchildren, Jasmine Moore, Thomas Howland, Jr. and Dakota Howland; and his stepchildren, Angela Burgess, Parley Becker and Charles Mott. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
