He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Allen and Evie Ada Bolen Allen; his siblings, Buddy Allen and Bobbie Martin; his siblings-in-law, Mary Loper and Mark McCarty; his parents-in-law, Ronald McCarty and Dorothy Reynolds; and his grandfather-in-law Lucy Barton.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda McCarty Allen; his child Tracy Howard (Mallory) of Ashley Allen, TC; his grandchildren, Amelia Anderson, Chancely Allen, Carrie Anderson, Ryann Pickett and Jase Walker; his brothers, Jerry Allen (Virginia) and Gary Allen; his mother-in-law Evelyn McCarty; and his sister-in-law Maeola Allen Donna Travers (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
