He was predeceased by: his children, Della Inez Pierce and Don Harrell; his parents, Wesley Warren Pierce and Theresa Inez Barnett Pierce; his siblings, Randa Dianne Boren, Judith Levon Carter and Wesley Warren Pierce; and his brother-in-law Richard Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Pierce; his sister Barbara Faye Stockman (Bobby); his children, Yulonda Pierce Williams, Leslie Vernon Pierce (Nickie), Amy Lynn Smith (Shawn), Jeannie Williams (Curt) and Sherri Williams (Steve); and his grandchildren, C. J. Crow (Adam), Jessie Corley (Bradford), Heath Pierce (Crystal), Brooke Smith, Nicholas Smith (Alli), Carrie Gordon (Brandon), Justin Overstreet (Hannah), Noah Williams, Ivy Paulin (Nick) and Chris Bull (Daggy). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and friends.
