He is survived by: his children, Samantha Clark, Jessica Clark (Samuel Bell), Rikki Ashley Clark (Collin Yates) and Carmen Walley; and his grandchildren, Memphis Montgomery, Greyson Bell, Emmitt Bell and Oaklynn Yates. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
