He was predeceased by : his parents, Willie O. Davis and Lucy Jane Davis (Dees); and his siblings, Lucy Yvonnne Danley (Frank), Voncille Williams (Johnny), Ellen Lucille, Myrtle Lee Marshall (Ray), Willie Jr. "Tarbaby" Davis (Myrtis), Odie Davis of Charlie Harrison and Jessie Frank Davis (Peggy).
He is survived by : his friend Rocky Creek Baptist Church; his wife Martha Rogers Davis; his daughter Robyn Davis; his stepchildren, Ellen Brown, Susan Moore Hicks, Vince Carlisle (Jodi) and Wesley Carlisle (Abbie); his brother Raymond Davis (Dianne); and his sister-in-law Marie Davis. He is also survived by grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends.
