He is survived by: his wife Debra Butler; and his children, Delores Seals, Cindy Maker (Tommy), William E. Butler, Jonathan Butler (Chelsie Bertrand) and Jennifer Butler (John Mouser). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
