It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irma Jean Tompson of Lumberton, Mississippi, who passed away on May 30, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rillis Moree and Emma Magee Moree; her grandsons, David Neal and Carlton Leo Swayze, III; her brothers, Gary Moree and John Moree; her sons-in-law, Carlton Swayze, Jr. and Gerald Walters; and her brothers-in-law, Roger Mulford and Jim Turner.
She is survived by: her husband Harry Thompson, Jr. of Lumberton, MS; her daughters, Mona Swayze and Tracey Walters; her grandchildren, Christopher Neal, Nichole Neal, Christina Swayze (C. J.) and Connor Swayze; her siblings, Austin Moree, Larue, Betty Turner, Brenda Williamson (Earnest) and Judy Mulford; her great grandchildren, Will Neal, Sophia Neal and Chelsea Mae Neal; and her sister-in-law Susan Moree.
