He is survived by : his wife Jillian; his children, Chandlier Houston, Cassidy Martin and Skyler Lewis; his brothers, Bradley Martin (Whitney) and Kamern Martin; and his grandparents, Billy Wayne Martin (Linda), Don Davis (Karen) and Dale Chestnut.
